Whether that means I do deep analytical dives into social media sentiments, go through a bunch of email reporting, or respond to a customer service question, my goal is to put the audience first!

    Designing and building our fan facing mobile apps is slowly becoming one of my favorite things to create for our events. Creating the most user-friendly ways for our fans to get event information has never been so ~ mindful.
